1 container Mountain High Plain Yogurt (NOT Non-Fat)
1 lb Bow Tie Pasta or Meat Stuffed Ravioli
1/2 head fresh crushed or finely minced garlic (do not use prepared garlic)
1 Stick Butter
1 tsp salt
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
 
Serves 4 people for entree, 6 - 8 people for side dish.

Bring water and salt to heavy boil. Add pasta. In separate bowl mix yogurt, garlic and salt to taste. Drain pasta when cooked. In separate saucepan, cook butter at high temperature. While this is heating, place pasta in serving dish and top with yogurt mixture. Do not mix or stir. Sprinkle Maraş Red Pepper on top. When butter foams and begins to burn, remove from heat and pour on top of pasta. Serve immediately.
