Maras Pepper Hummus
15 oz Can of Chick Peas, drained
Green Onion
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. Tahini
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Cumin
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed 
1 Tbs. Maras Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbs. Lime Juice
In a food processor, puree chickpeas. Add remaining ingredients until smooth. Garnish with Red Pepper flakes. Can be made 2 days ahead. Refrigerate.
