Che Kofte
1 lb Filet Mignon ground fine
1 large Onion finely chopped
1 Tbs Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 Tbs Red Pepper
4 Tomatoes, seeded, peeled and chopped fine
2 Cups Fine Bulgur

Kneed together and add
Chopped Green Onion
Chopped Parsley

Serve with Romaine Lettuce
 

Cut vegetables in very small pieces. Add pomegranate vinegar to taste
